South Franklin Elementary School was completed in November 2024 as a replacement for an existing elementary school. Students and staff began the spring semester of 2025 in the new facility. The building spans 93,555 square feet and features 50 new instructional units, as well as an adjacent cafeteria, kitchen, gymnasium, and media center located in the main hall.
