Contractors are invited to submit lump sum bids for Bid Package One (1) through Seventeen (17), Clear Creek Middle School Band Room Addition & Gilmer County Agricultural Education Center Addition.
Sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager until 3:00 p.m., December 7, 2023, at the Gilmer County Schools’ Board of Education, 134 Industrial Blvd, Ellijay, Georgia 30540. Bids must be submitted in Duplicate on the Construction Manager’s Proposal Form along with a 5% Bid Bond if required by the Bid Package.
